Matt Murray played the role of a villain last night with his Penguins, defeating the high flying Toronto Maple Leafs in the form of a shut out. The big thing from this is that Tavares and Matthews have been unstoppable this season, and for the first time ever they were shut out. Matthews had 10 goals and 6 assists during the first 7 games of the season. That’s a remarkable streak for the start of a year, and expect him to pick up right where he left off in their next game. Toronto has the most goals in the league with 33, being shut out was a big problem for them.
